Raw Material Selection and Pretreatment
The quality of PE electrofusion fittings begins with the selection of raw material particles. High-quality polyethylene raw materials undergo strict dehumidification treatment, with moisture content controlled below 0.02% to ensure uniform melting. Particles are pretreated at a constant temperature of 80℃ for 4 hours to eliminate internal stress. The embedding accuracy of the special conductive copper coil does not exceed 0.3mm, which is crucial for ensuring the electrofusion effect.

Key Parameters for Injection Molding
The injection molding stage employs three-stage temperature control: melting at 190℃ in the barrel, setting at 45℃ in the mold, and maintaining pressure at 60-80MPa during the holding stage. The cooling system uses a gradient cooling rate of 7℃/minute to avoid shrinkage bubbles. After molding, the fittings are left to stand at a constant temperature of 23℃ for 48 hours to allow the molecular chains to fully recover.

Quality Control of Electrofusion Welding
During welding, an intelligent recognition system automatically matches the pipe and fitting parameters, controlling current fluctuations within ±5%. The temperature monitoring accuracy of the melting zone reaches ±2℃, ensuring sufficient entanglement of polyethylene molecules. The cooling phase employs a gradient cooling method, maintaining constant pressure for the first 15 minutes and then slowly depressurizing for the next 30 minutes to create a stress-free connection interface.
