PE Electrofusion Equal Tee for HDPE Pipe Systems

The PE Electrofusion Equal Tee is a T-shaped fitting designed for polyethylene (PE) piping systems, allowing three pipes of the same diameter to be connected at a 90° angle for branch distribution and fluid diversion.

Manufactured from premium PE100 high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the fitting is produced through one-piece injection molding technology to ensure outstanding structural integrity and long-term reliability.

All three connection ends are embedded with high-quality copper resistance wires, while external terminal pins are designed for use with standard electrofusion welding machines. During installation, electrical current heats the embedded resistance wires, melting both the fitting and pipe surfaces simultaneously. After cooling, the materials fuse together into a permanent, fully integrated joint.

The PE Electrofusion Equal Tee complies with GB, ISO, and EN standards and is widely used in high-pressure gas, municipal water supply, chemical processing, and industrial piping systems.
