Zhejiang Shengbo Pipe Fittings & Valves Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002. The company's address is located at No. 79 Zhenbei Road, Hemudu Industrial Park, Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province. It is a production-oriented enterprise specialising in the production of polyethylene PE pipe fittings. At present, the company has a construction area of 27,000 square metres and fixed assets of 50 million yuan. There are more than 150 employees, including more than 30 professional and technical personnel of all kinds.

Zhejiang Shengbo Pipe Fittings & Valves Industry Co., Ltd. has introduced the world's mature PE pipeline manufacturing technology, specialising in the development of five categories of products: polyethylene primary moulding exposed wire electric melting pipe fittings, hot melt pipe fittings, PE ball valves, steel-plastic conversion and condensation cylinders, with a total of more than 600 varieties and specifications. The company currently has 50 sets of production equipment, 30 sets of testing equipment, and more than 10 sets of various auxiliary equipment, with an annual productivity of 5 million pieces. It is one of the well-known enterprises in China's PE pipe fittings manufacturing industry.

In recent years, the company's leadership has attached great importance to the research and development of new products and product quality, recruited talented people, constantly purchased all kinds of advanced testing and research and development equipment, and wanted to spend a lot of money to build national laboratories. At present, the test projects that can be carried out by the company include pipe hydrostatic test, oxidation induction test, melt mass flow rate test, moisture content test, volatile content test, carbon black content and carbon black dispersion test, electric melting pipe fittings tensile stripping and extrusion stripping test, hot melt pipe fitting docking welding head strength test, ball valve torque Moment, sealing test, ball valve bending sealing test, falling hammer impact test, etc., so as to ensure the performance indications of the product. A perfect quality control system has been established. From the warehouse of raw materials to the time when the products leave the factory, there are corresponding standards and norms in each link, and layers of checkpoints to ensure the quality of each step of the product.
