PE Electrofusion Elbow 90° / 45° for HDPE Pipe Systems

The PE Electrofusion Elbow is a specialized fitting designed for directional changes in polyethylene (PE) piping systems used in gas distribution and water supply applications. Available in both 90° and 45° configurations, the fitting connects two PE pipes of the same diameter while allowing smooth and reliable pipeline routing.

Manufactured from high-quality HDPE material, the fitting delivers the same physical performance and durability as the PE pipe itself. The inner wall of the elbow is embedded with nickel-chromium resistance wires, while both ends are equipped with electrofusion terminals compatible with standard electrofusion welding machines.

During installation, electrical current passes through the embedded heating wire, generating heat that melts both the fitting and pipe surfaces simultaneously. After cooling, the materials fuse together to form a permanent, leak-free joint with exceptional structural strength.

The PE Electrofusion Elbow is manufactured in accordance with GB/T 15558, GB/T 13663, ISO 4427, and ISO 4437 international standards.
