Cutting the pipe support: First, cut the pipe support and remove the pipe. Then, inspect the connection between the heat-fused fitting and the support.
Locating the melting point: Use a melting point probe to measure the melting point of the fitting. Sometimes, small holes need to be drilled at the melting point to facilitate softening of the heat-fused material.
Softening the pipe: Heat-fused fittings are softened by heating, typically at a temperature between 250-280℃. The surface of the fitting needs to be heated to the softening point, and then gently pried open using the internal disassembly clamps.
Cutting the heat-fused fitting: If the softened fitting still cannot be disassembled, it needs to be manually cut with a saw blade. If using electric pliers, clamp the fitting with the pliers to quickly soften the surface before cutting with the saw blade.
