Preparation Before Installation

Before using a heat fusion ball valve, thorough preparation can significantly improve efficiency. First, check that the specifications of the ball valve and pipe match, ensuring consistent interface dimensions. Second, clean the connection area, removing dust and oil to avoid affecting the welding effect. Prepare the heat fusion tools and ensure their temperature is within the appropriate range. Finally, plan the installation location, leaving sufficient operating space.

Heat Fusion Connection Operation Steps

Heating Stage: Heat the heat fusion tools to the appropriate temperature, simultaneously heating the connection ends of the ball valve and pipe, controlling the time within the recommended range.

Butt Connection Stage: Quickly butt the heated ball valve and pipe, maintaining stable pressure to ensure a seamless connection.

Cooling Stage: Maintain the butt connection and allow it to cool naturally. Do not move or apply external force during this period.

Usage and Maintenance Points

After installation, the heat fusion ball valve should be opened and closed slowly to avoid water hammer. Regularly check the valve's sealing performance and address any leaks promptly. If not used for extended periods, it is recommended to operate the valve several times periodically to prevent valve core jamming. Avoid using corrosive cleaning agents to extend service life.
